These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beautyface AI and the AI services provided on it (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Beautyface AI provides AI-driven image generation, including but not limited to professional headshots, portraits, and creative filters.

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Generating content that infringes on any copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
  • Creating "Deepfakes" or non-consensual imagery of individuals.
  • Generating illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Any purpose that violates our [Content Policy] or local laws.

2. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and all commercial rights to the images you generate through our Service.

While you own the output, you grant Beautyface a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., showing images in your Private Vault). We will not use your generated images for public marketing without your explicit permission.

3. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS." AI generation is an iterative process, and we DO NOT guarantee that every generation will be perfect or meet specific artistic expectations. We are not responsible for any "Hallucinations" or visual artifacts inherent in AI generation technology.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beautyface AI, Crownbyte LTD, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of AI-generated content. You take full responsibility for the use of images generated through the platform.

5. Refunds and Subscription

Due to the intensive GPU resources required for AI generation, credits used for generations are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Pricing page for specific refund policies regarding unused subscription credits.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as AI technology and regulations evolve. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
